1. Promoter and Offer
1.1 This offer (‘Offer’) is conducted by Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd (ABN 17 000 032 128), 29-33 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Ampol).
1.2 The Offer consists of fuel discounts and spend credits.
1.3 Full participation in the Offer is conditional on the customer maintaining CommBank Yello for Business and the Business Growth tier status under these terms and conditions.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The Promotional Period is between 12:00am on 12 November 2025 and 11:59pm on 4 March 2027 (‘Promotional Period’).
3. Eligibility criteria
You will be eligible to redeem this Offer if you are:
3.1 an Australian business with a valid ACN/ABN that has been trading for a minimum of six (6) months;
3.2 a CommBank business customer eligible for CommBank Yello for Business and its Business Growth benefit set (for more information on eligibility, visit CommBank Yello for Business);
3.3 a successful new AmpolCard applicant or existing AmpolCard customer;
3.4 not the holder of an AmpolCard account permanently closed in the last twelve (12) months due to adverse credit history (e.g. dishonoured payments, payment defaults, or other credit-related issues); and
3.5 not an entity owned or partially owned by or employing, an employee or staff of Ampol or a related body corporate of Ampol.
4. Redemption Instructions
4.1 If you wish to apply for a new AmpolCard account, to be eligible for the Offer in clause 3.3 above, you must successfully apply and receive approval for an AmpolCard account using Referral Code ‘BusinessGrowth’.
4.2 To redeem the Offer you must, during the Promotional Period:
4.2.1 log onto the CommBank app, switch to your business profile and tap CBA Yello;
4.2.2 when you locate this Offer, tap ‘Claim offer’; and
4.2.3 on the Ampol website, follow the prompts -
(i) if you are not an existing AmpolCard customer, apply for a new AmpolCard account using the above Code; or
(ii) if you are an existing AmpolCard customer, notify Ampol of your request to redeem the Offer.
4.3 This Offer can only be claimed once per customer.
5. Fuel Discount offer – Business Growth tier customers
5.1 Receive 9 cents per litre (cpl) discount (”Fuel Discount”) on your eligible fuel purchases for one “Discount Period” being a six (6) month period commencing:
5.1.1 for new AmpolCard customers, on your AmpolCard account approval date; or
5.1.2 for existing AmpolCard customers, the date Ampol confirms the Offer has been redeemed.
5.2 During the Discount Period the Fuel Discount will apply to your AmpolCard purchases.
5.3 If your CommBank Yello for Business tier changes from Business Growth to Everyday Business, the Fuel Discount will reduce from 9 cents per litre to 8 cents per litre for the remainder of the Discount Period. Savings during the initial offer period reflect your Yello for Business tier and will update if your tier changes, remaining in effect until the next tier change or the end of the 6 months.
5.4 The Fuel Discount will apply to Diesel, Amplify Diesel, Unleaded 91, E10 Unleaded, Amplify 95 and Amplify 98 transactions at any Ampol branded Ampol or EG Ampol sites that accept AmpolCard in Australia (“AmpolCard Accepting Sites”).
5.5 The Fuel Discount will be deducted from the board price.
5.6 At the end of the Discount Period if you remain in the Business Growth tier in CommBank Yello for Business, your discounts on eligible fuel purchases with your AmpolCard will revert to the standard Business Growth AmpolCard discount rates (‘Business Growth Ongoing Discounts’) which are, as at the date of the Offer-
5.6.1 Seven (7) cpl on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
5.6.2 Five (5) cpl on Amplify Premium diesel; and
5.6.3 Four (4) cpl on regular diesel, Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded; and
5.6.4 10% on packaged engine oils.
5.7 At the end of the Discount Period if you do not remain in the Business Growth tier in CommBank Yello for Business, but are eligible for the Everyday Business tier in CommBank Yello for Business, your discounts on eligible fuel purchases with your AmpolCard will revert to the standard Everyday Business AmpolCard discount rates (‘Everyday Business Ongoing Discounts’) which are, as at the date of the Offer-
5.7.1 Six (6) cpl on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
5.7.2 Four (4) cpl on Amplify Premium diesel; and
5.7.3 Three (3) cpl on regular diesel, Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded; and
5.7.4 10% on packaged engine oils.
5.8 At the end of the Discount Period if you are no longer an eligible CommBank Yello for Business customer, your discounts on eligible fuel purchases with your AmpolCard will revert to the standard AmpolCard discount rates (‘Ongoing Discounts’) which are, as at the date of the Offer-
5.8.1 Four (4) cpl on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
5.8.2 Three (3) cpl on Amplify Premium diesel; and
5.8.3 Two (2) cpl on regular diesel, Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded; and
5.8.4 10% on packaged engine oils.
5.9 The Ongoing Discounts apply across the specified fuel grades and are not available on AdBlue and LPG.
5.10 To receive the Ongoing Discounts in 5.6 above, you must make purchases with your AmpolCard at any Ampol Branded AmpolCard Accepting Sites.
5.11 Receive a $150 credit by reaching a cumulative spend of $300 within the first 30 days from the start of the “Discount Period”. This credit will be applied to your second account invoice, provided that your first invoice has been paid on time and in full. The credit amount will align with your CommBank Yello for Business tier at the time the Offer is redeemed.
5.12 Ongoing Discounts are applied based on eligibility for the Business Growth tier. Where eligibility for the Business Growth tier ceases, Ongoing Discounts will be adjusted in accordance with the customer’s new status under the CommBank Yello for Business program.
5.13 Ongoing Discounts will cease if you cease to be a customer of CommBank Yello for Business.
5.14 Changes to Ongoing Discounts will take effect from the date the new Ongoing Discounts are applied and will not be applied retrospectively to prior transactions.
6. Card fees for offer
6.1 A monthly card fee of $2.95 per vehicle will be waived for the first six (6) consecutive months from the start of the Discount Period.
6.2 Other account related fees – such as late payment fees and paper statement fees – may still apply. Please contact the AmpolCard Customer Service team if you are unsure which additional fees may be relevant to your accounts.
6.3 After the six-month fee-free period, the standard monthly card fee of $2.95 per vehicle will be applied.
7. Everyday Rewards
7.1 General conditions
To collect Everyday Rewards points
7.1.1 You must be approved for an AmpolCard account.
7.1.2 You must have an Everyday Rewards account, and you must link your Everyday Rewards account to your AmpolCard account.
7.1.3 You can link your Everyday Rewards account by providing your account details during the AmpolCard application process, or by linking your card via the Card Portal after receiving your AmpolCard account information.
7.2 Joining Everyday Rewards
7.2.1 If you do not have an Everyday Rewards account, you are able to join here.
7.2.2 Everyday Rewards membership and Everyday Rewards points are subject to the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions. Everyday Rewards points are offered under and subject to the AmpolCard Loyalty Program Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions and AmpolCard Term and Conditions.
7.3 Collecting Everyday Rewards points
7.3.1 Your AmpolCard account must remain active (paid in full and on time) to collect Everyday Rewards standard base points.
7.3.2 Accounts in Default are ineligible for Everyday Rewards points. An account is in Default if the tax invoice is not paid in full on or by the due date or a payment is dishonoured.
7.3.3 Backpay of Everyday Rewards standard base points is not available for any month in which the account was in Default.
7.3.4 Everyday Rewards points are collected on fuel purchases and Eligible Products at all Ampol locations across mainland Australia. Ampol locations in Tasmania are currently excluded from the Everyday Rewards Program, and you will not collect Everyday Rewards points at Ampol locations in Tasmania.
7.3.5 Certain products are excluded from collecting points, refer to the AmpolCard Loyalty Program Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions for Eligible Products and Excluded Products.
8. Application process
8.1 AmpolCard applications may take up to four (4) weeks for processing and credit approval, depending on the disclosure of complete information.
8.2 AmpolCard applications approval is subject to the AmpolCard Terms and Conditions.
9. General terms
9.1 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9.2 Ampol is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted due to circumstances beyond Ampol’s reasonable control.
9.3 Ampol reserves the right to withdraw or vary the Offer prior to the end of Promotional Period (and prior to applications for the offer being accepted).
