 1. Promoter
1.1 This offer is conducted by Ampol Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd (ABN 17 000 032 128), 29–33 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Ampol).
2. Promotional period
2.1 To be eligible for this offer, you must;
2.1.1 if you are not an existing AmpolCard customer, apply for a new AmpolCard account between 12:00am on 12 November 2025 and 11:59pm on 4 March 2027 (‘Promotional Period’) using Promo Code “BusinessGrowth” and receive subsequent approval from Ampol; or
2.1.2 be an existing AmpolCard customer.
2.2 To redeem this offer, you must, during the Promotional Period:
2.2.1 log onto the CommBank app, switch to your business profile and tap CBA Yello;
2.2.2 once you’ve located this offer, tap ‘Claim offer’; and
2.2.3 on the Ampol website, follow the prompts to
(i) if you are not an existing AmpolCard customer, apply for a new AmpolCard account; or
(ii) if you are an existing AmpolCard customer, notify Ampol of your request to redeem this offer.
3. Eligibility criteria
Participation in this offer is open to eligible businesses that meet all the following requirements:
3.1 an Australian business with a valid ACN/ABN that has been trading for a minimum of six (6) months;
3.2 a CommBank business customer that is eligible for CommBank Yello for Business and the Business Growth benefit set (for more information on eligibility, visit CommBank Yello for Business);
3.3 a successful AmpolCard applicant or existing AmpolCard customer;
3.4 have not had an AmpolCard account that was permanently closed by Ampol in the last twelve (12) months due to adverse credit history (e.g. dishonoured payments, payment defaults, or other credit-related issues); and
3.5 not an entity owned or partially owned by or employing, an employee or staff of Ampol or a related body corporate of Ampol.
3.6 This offer can only be claimed once per customer.
4. Fuel discount offer
4.1 Receive a 9 cents per litre (cpl) discount on eligible fuel purchases for the first six (6) months from:
4.1.1 if you are not an existing AmpolCard customer, your AmpolCard account approval date; or
4.1.2 if you are an existing AmpolCard customer, the date you request Ampol to redeem this offer,
(in each case, the “Discount Period”).
4.2 The 9cpl discount will apply to Diesel, Amplify Diesel, Unleaded 91, E10 Unleaded, Amplify 95 and Amplify 98 transactions at all Ampol branded Ampol or EG Ampol sites that accept AmpolCard in Australia (“Ampol Branded AmpolCard Accepting Sites”).
4.3 The 9cpl will be discounted from the board price.
4.4 After the Discount Period has ended, the discount on fuel will revert to the standard AmpolCard discount rates at that time which are, as at the date of these Terms & Conditions:
4.4.1 Six (7) cpl on Amplify 95 and Amplify 98;
4.4.2 Four (5) cpl on Amplify Premium Diesel;
4.4.3 Three (4) cpl on regular Diesel, Unleaded 91 and E10 Unleaded; and
4.4.4 10% on packaged engine oils.
4.5 The discounts above apply across fuel grades except AdBlue and LPG.
4.6 To receive the discounts above, you must make purchases with your AmpolCard at all Ampol Branded AmpolCard Accepting Sites.
4.7 Receive a $150 credit by reaching a cumulative spend of $300 within the first 30 days from the start of the Discount Period, which shall be applied to reduce the balance on your second account invoice, provided that your first invoice has been paid on time and in full.
5. Card fees for offer
5.1 A monthly card fee of $2.95 per vehicle will be waived for the first six (6) consecutive months from the start of the Discount Period.
5.2 Other account related fees – such as late payment fees and paper statement fees – may still apply. Please contact the AmpolCard Customer Service team if you are unsure which additional fees may be relevant to your accounts.
5.3 After the six-month fee-free period, the standard monthly card fee of $2.95 per vehicle will be applied.
6. Everyday Rewards
6.1 General conditions
To collect Everyday Rewards points:
6.1.1 You must be approved for an AmpolCard account.
6.1.2 You must have an Everyday Rewards account, and you must link your Everyday Rewards account to your AmpolCard account.
6.1.3 You can link your Everyday Rewards account by providing your account details during the AmpolCard application process, or by linking your card via the Card Portal after receiving your AmpolCard account information.
6.2 Joining Everyday Rewards
6.2.1 If you do not have an Everyday Rewards account, you are able to join here

6.3 Collecting Everyday Rewards points
6.3.1 Your AmpolCard account must remain active (paid in full and on time) to collect Everyday Rewards standard base points.
6.3.2 Accounts in Default are ineligible for Everyday Rewards points. An account is in Default if the tax invoice is not paid in full on or by the due date or a payment is dishonoured.
6.3.3 Backpay of Everyday Rewards standard base points is not available for any month in which the account was in Default.
6.3.4 Everyday Rewards points are collected on fuel purchases and Eligible Products at all Ampol locations across mainland Australia. Ampol locations in Tasmania are currently excluded from the Everyday Rewards Program, and you will not collect Everyday Rewards points at Ampol locations in Tasmania.
6.3.5 Certain products are excluded from collecting points, refer to the AmpolCard Loyalty Program Rewards Scheme Terms and Conditions
 for Eligible Products and Excluded Products.
7. Application process
7.1 AmpolCard applications may take up to four (4) weeks for processing and credit approval, depending on the disclosure of complete information.
7.2 AmpolCard applications approval is subject to the AmpolCard Terms and Conditions.
8. General terms
8.1 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8.2 Ampol is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted due to circumstances beyond Ampol’s reasonable control.
8.3 Ampol reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer prior to the end of the Promotional Period (and prior to applications for the offer being accepted).
