Promotion name	*Ampol Best All Rounder* First delivered in 1985, the Ampol Best All Rounder Award celebrates the leaders of tomorrow. This popular program empowers secondary schools across the country to acknowledge a final year student who has made an exemplary contribution to their school and wider community. The Ampol Best All Rounder Award is presented in more than 2,000 schools across Australia. At Ampol, we believe that recognising and celebrating the all-round contribution of final year students beyond academic achievement is important to building well-rounded graduates that will be our leaders of tomorrow. The quantities that the award recognises include: Leadership Service and community Sport Arts and culture Attitude Personal conduct Through the Ampol Best All Rounder program, participating schools receive an award pack to provide to their winning student, which includes a medallion, certificate and a letter from Ampol’s Managing Director and CEO, Matt Halliday.[JA1][MS2] Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winners Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winners is a program Ampol is running to find the Best All Rounder in the country. Every school in Australia that is an existing participant in the Ampol Best All Rounder program can enter their school’s best all-rounder to go in the running to be crowned “Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner”. A judging panel of diverse professionals will choose the winning student for the award. There are various prizes that can be won including cash, Ampol Cash, merchandise and technology, such as laptops.

Promotion Period	Ampol Best All Rounder Promotion commences at 7:30am AEST on 19/05/2025 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 27/10/2025 (“Promotional Period”) No entries will be accepted outside this time. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner Promotion commences at 7:30am AEST on 04/08/2025 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 22/09/2025 (“Promotional Period”) No entries will be accepted outside this time.

Eligible Entrants	Ampol Best All Rounder Entry to the Ampol Best All Rounder program is open to all Australian Secondary and High Schools in the Eligible States/Territories to nominate any final-year student for the award. [JA5]An Entrant will be ineligible to enter if they: reside or attend a school in the ACT; fail to abide by all laws, regulations, and other rules (including those listed in these Terms and Conditions); and are (or are the immediate family of) any employees, agents, contractors or managers of the Promoter, or that of its agents, contractors and anyone associated with the running of this Promotion. Please see further terms in the Eligible Entrants section in the Terms and Conditions. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner Entry to the Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner program is open only to Australian schools that are participating in “Ampol’s Best All Rounder Award” within the 2025 application period. The nominated student must currently be a student at an eligible school in Year 12.[JA6][MS7][JA8] [JA9]An Entrant will be ineligible to enter if they: reside or attend a school in the ACT; fail to abide by all laws, regulations, and other rules (including those listed in these Terms and Conditions); and are (or are the immediate family of) any employees, agents, contractors or managers of the Promoter, or that of its agents, contractors and anyone associated with the running of this Promotion. Event	Ampol Best All Rounder The Promotion will be run during the Promotion Period, with prizes to be distributed by 30 November 2025. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner The Promotion will been run during the Promotion Period, with winners being informed on or before 11 November 2024, with prizes to be distributed by 30 December 2025. The above dates are subject to change.
Method of Entry	Ampol Best All Rounder For an entry to be valid (an entry), an entrant must, during the Promotion Period register their entry by: Adhering to the eligible entrant requirements; Being willing to accept and participate in the prize won; Providing accurate registration details; Registering for the Ampol Best All Rounder Award via Ampol’s website (Ampol.com.au) and truthfully submitting information required. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner For an entry to be valid (an entry), an entrant must, during the Promotion Period register their entry by: Adhering to the eligible entrant requirements; Being willing to accept and participate in the prize won; Providing accurate registration details; Registering for the Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner via Ampol’s website (Ampol.com.au) and truthfully submitting information required.
Selection Process	Ampol Best All Rounder All entries that comply with the entry terms and conditions and Method of Entry will receive the Ampol Best All Rounder award pack. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner All Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner applications will be submitted to and reviewed by a panel of unbiased judges. This panel will select the best application from each state, in addition to the best overall application. The judges will make this decision based on set criteria, of equally weighted originality, creativity and relevance to the promotion. Ampol reserves the right not to award a state-based winner in the event that none of the applications from a state or territory meet the expectations of the judging panel.
Maximum number of entries	Ampol Best All Rounder This promotion guarantees one (1) prize pack per eligible school. Additional packs may be given at Ampol’s sole discretion dependant on availability. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner This promotion allows one (1) entry per eligible school, which may or may not be awarded subject to the Selection Process.
Prize Draw	Ampol Best All Rounder Each entry that meets the above Eligible Entrants, and Method of Entry will receive the prizes detailed below. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize The winning entrant of each eligible States/Territories will be determined via the panel of judges based on a set criteria. The winner will be awarded the prizes detailed below. Each winning entrant’s school and participant’s name may be published on Ampol’s website and social media page, as well as local and national media publications. Ampol reserves the right not to award a state-based winner in the event that none of the applications from a state or territory meet the expectations of the judging panel. Overall Prize The entrant with the best application determined via the panel of judges will win the Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winners award for 2025 and be awarded the prizes detailed below. The winning school and participant’s name may be published on Ampol’s website and social media pages, as well as local and national media publications.
Details of Prizes	Ampol Best All Rounder Each entry that meets the above Eligible Entrants, and Method of Entry will receive the below prize pack: Medallion Certificate Letter from Ampol’s Managing Director and CEO, Matt Halliday Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize: The winning entrant of each eligible States/Territories will be awarded one of the following prizes: For the student $2,000 cash grant $1,000 AmpolCash gift card For the school $2,000 cash grant Overall Prize The entrant with the best application will win the Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner award, consisting of one/multiple of the following: For the student Laptop $5,000 cash grant $1,000 AmpolCash card Microsoft Teams coffee catch up with a senior executive or with a member of the Ampol leadership team For the school $5,000 cash grant In the event this experience does not take place, the prize winner will receive a prize of equal value
Total number of Prizes	Ampol Best All Rounder Total number of prize packs available – 2,100 Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize: 1 possible winner from each State/Territory (7 total) Ampol reserves the right to not award a state-based winner in the result that none of the applications from a state or territory do not meet the expectations of judging panel. Overall Prize 1 Overall prize winner
Total Prize Value	Ampol Best All Rounder Total prize value between $5-$10 x 2,100 = $10,500 - $21,000 Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize Total possible prize value between $50 and $5,000 x 7 = $350 - $35,000 National Prize Total prize pool value will be between $50, and $12,750 Senior executive or member of the Ampol leadership team appearance value is equal to: $500 The total Prize Pool value is between $550 and $13,250
Notification of Winners	Ampol Best All Rounder Each entry that meets the above Eligible Entrants, and Method of Entry will receive a prize pack. Applicants will be notified directly following application. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize Winners will be notified via email following the conclusion of the judging period (11 November 2025).
Public announcement of winning Entrants	Ampol Best All Rounder Ampol does not plan on making a public announcement of winning entrants of the Ampol Best All Rounder award but reserve the right to do so if requested. Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner The promoter will notify the winning entrants of the prize in accordance with the notification of winners via the email address provided during sign up. Following the winning entrant being notified, Ampol reserves the right to contact local and national media outlets to promote the winning school/applicant/Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winners program.
Unclaimed Prize Draw	Ampol Best All Rounder State & National Winner State Prize Winners will be notified via email following the conclusion of the judging period (11 November 2025). If for any reason the winner does not claim their prize after multiple attempts (3 x emails over a 10-day period) from the promoter commencing 11 November 2025, then the prize will be forfeited and given to the next best application decided by the judging panel. Overall Prize Winners will be notified via email following the conclusion of the judging period (11 November 2025) If for any reason the winner does not claim their prize after multiple attempts (3 x emails over a 10-day period) from the promoter by 15 November 2025, then the prize will be forfeited and given to the next best application decided by the judging panel.
